Owners manage Members, Roles, and Activity.
- Open Users & Access and select Invite User.
- Enter the name and email, choose a role, and apply location or action scope.
- Copy the temporary password shown once and give it to the user securely.
- Use Edit access, Deactivate, or Activate when access changes.
- Duplicate a built-in role before customizing it.
Built-in roles include Owner, Manager, Cashier, Technician, and Member. Access can be limited by store, stock location, category, and action.
