Customers hold visit, balance, credit, and amount-owed information. Products hold catalogue, stock, price, cost, category, and reorder details.
Use Add Customer or Add Product, enter the required name fields, and select Save. Use Edit or Delete only after checking linked sales and repairs. Categories organize products and can be created inline in product forms.
Product numbers and document numbers are issued by the system. Users do not type sale, receipt, repair, or purchase numbers.
