A feature may exist in an application’s design without being available to normal users. This page lists the important exceptions found in the current production experience so you do not waste time looking for unavailable controls.
- SolaStore is coming soon and cannot be opened.
- SolaProjects Budget is not enabled in the current production interface.
- SolaProjects has no Quick List record panel. Its topbar Notifications and Apps icons are visible but do not open anything; use the Notifications sidebar page and Workspace Home instead.
- SolaProjects project-level comments, custom task-status management, and sprint rollover controls are not available in the current interface.
- SolaHR has no global search, notification centre, or AI. The separate recruitment, benefits, expenses, holiday, and per-employee work-schedule areas are not reachable from normal navigation.
- SolaStock has no global search, notification centre, AI, or mobile drawer. Integration reconnect/disable controls are disabled pending owner approval. Audit tabs may be empty even when audit history exists elsewhere.
- SolaFone has no global search, notification centre, or AI. Notify Customer (SMS) records a notification intention but does not send an SMS. Use the normal communication channel yourself. SolaFone uses Void, not refunds, for the available sales correction flow.
If a normal user cannot reach a feature from the launcher, sidebar, page actions, or a documented link, treat it as unavailable and ask the owner before relying on it.
