Current Stock shows On hand, Reserved, Available, Sellable, Status, Avg cost, and Value by item and warehouse. Stock Ledger is the read-only movement and activity history.
- Open Current Stock and filter or select an item.
- Open an item to see its warehouse balance and movements.
- Open Stock Ledger and choose Movements or Activity audit.
- Filter by item, warehouse, direction, source, and dates.
Stock statuses include Available, Low, Out, Reserved, and other document-specific states. Use adjustments or transfers for corrections; do not change posted history directly.
