The sidebar is the main way to move around an application. Sections group related pages. The highlighted item is the page you are viewing.
Desktop and mobile
Select a section heading or chevron to expand or collapse it. On mobile, select the menu button to open the drawer, then select a page; the drawer closes after navigation. In SolaBooks and SolaFone, the sidebar can also collapse to an icon rail. Select the menu icon again to reopen it.
Menus change with your role, organization, and plan. A missing menu item usually means the app is not enabled, you are not assigned to it, or your role cannot use that area.
SolaBooks has a document workspace and Quick List beside many records. The other applications do not currently have that shared record panel.
Troubleshooting
If a page is unavailable, switch to the correct organization and refresh. If the action is still missing, ask an owner or manager to check access. A locked item is not an error; it means the feature is unavailable to your current plan or role.
