AI features are limited to specific areas and are not available in every application.
SolaBooks Insights
On the SolaBooks dashboard, the SolaAi banner and Insights panel can summarize dashboard figures. It uses aggregated figures such as profit, cash, receivables, payables, overdue counts, expenses, and tax position. Review the result before acting; it is guidance, not an accounting approval.
The separate SolaAI assistant is a documentation helper. It answers from the public help centre and cannot read your records or make changes.
SolaProjects AI
The project AI tab is available only to eligible organizations and managers. In this production version it provides local, rule-based project summaries and suggestions. It is not a general chat assistant. Available actions include Project brief, Explain health, Suggest tasks, Draft guest status, Summarise docs, Summarise playground, and Suggest automations. Review every suggestion before selecting Apply.
SolaHR, SolaStock, and SolaFone do not currently provide AI features. Barcode scanning, QR reading, OCR, and safety-stock calculations are automated tools, not AI assistants.
If AI is unavailable, continue manually or ask your owner whether the feature is included in your plan. Do not enter confidential information into an assistant unless the screen explains its data scope.
