Point of sale

Use POS to find products, add them to a sale, collect payment, and issue a receipt.

1. Open Point of Sale and confirm the branch, register, and stock location.
2. Search Scan barcode / IMEI or search products…, select a category, or use the camera scanner.
3. Add products to Current Sale and choose a customer if needed.
4. Check quantity, subtotal, VAT, and total.
5. Select Pay, choose the payment method, and complete the sale.
6. Use Park for a sale that will be completed later; reopen it from Held.

Sales can be Parked, Completed, Refunded, or Voided in the underlying workflow. The available correction action is Void; SolaFone does not provide a refund workflow in the current interface.
