Automations run a trigger, check conditions, and perform actions on project work.
- Open Automations and select New automation.
- Enter Name and Description.
- Choose a Trigger, add Conditions, and add Actions.
- Select Save and keep the rule Active when ready.
- Review Recent runs for success, skipped, or failed results. Use Run now only after checking the rule.
Disable a rule when it should stop running. Archive it when it is no longer needed. Automations may require a paid plan.
