Every Solavel app now uses the same feedback layer for confirmations, results, errors and uncertain outcomes, in your chosen language. This page explains what each kind of message means and what to do. Notification centres (the bells) are covered at the end.
Confirmation dialogs
Before an action that changes or removes something important, a dialog asks you to confirm. Examples are removing a member, revoking an invitation, cancelling a subscription, deleting an attachment, voiding a document or confirming a sales order.
- The title names the action, for example Remove member?, Revoke invitation?, Delete attachment or Cancel at period end?
- The message says exactly what will happen and to what, for example "Sara Ahmed (sara@gmail.com) — will lose access to Al Noor Trading LLC." or "This file will be removed from the document."
- Cancel closes the dialog and changes nothing. The confirm button repeats the action name.
- While the action runs the button shows Processing… and can't be clicked twice.
Some workflow actions ask for more: a Rejection reason when rejecting an approval, or a typed confirmation for sensitive integration steps.
Outcome notices
After an action you see a short notice:

Notices clear when you deliberately move to another page, so an old message never sticks to a new page.
If the application is updated while you have a page open, you see "An application update is available. Your page and unsaved entries remain open. Refresh when you are ready." Nothing is reloaded for you, so finish what you are typing, save, and then refresh. Likewise, if loading some information fails while you are reading a page, you get a notice and the page stays as it is.
Uncertain outcomes: Status not confirmed
Sometimes the app sends your change but the answer never comes back, for example when Wi-Fi drops or the server takes too long. The change may or may not have been saved. Solavel then shows:
Status not confirmed — "We could not confirm whether the change completed. Check the current status before submitting again."
with a Check current status button.
- Click Check current status. It opens a safe page showing the current state, such as the list or the record, in a new tab. Your original page stays open with everything you typed, so nothing is lost while you check (since 5 October 2026).
- Look for your change (the payment, the posted invoice, the removed member…).
- Only repeat the action if it is clearly not there.
The app never resubmits for you. If you click the same action again on that page, it shows the same warning instead of sending a duplicate. This matters most for payments, postings and allocations, where a duplicate would create a second financial effect.

Portal notifications cover team changes (joins, roles, app access, removals), billing (plan active, plan expired) and messages from the Solavel team. See Notifications.
SolaCount notifications cover bank reconciliations due or overdue, recurring templates that failed, approval workflow steps and inventory reorder alerts. SolaCount also shows your portal notifications read-only.
Export and background tasks
Long tasks such as exports and imports show progress and then a notice. For example, "Export file is ready." includes a download link. You can keep working while they run.
Worked example
Mariam removes Khalid from Al Noor Logistics FZE on a train with weak signal.
- She clicks Remove and the dialog Remove member? says "Khalid Saeed (khalid@alnoor.ae) — will lose access to Al Noor Logistics FZE." She confirms.
- The connection drops. She sees Status not confirmed.
- She clicks Check current status. The Team page reloads and Khalid is no longer listed under Al Noor Logistics FZE, so the removal went through. She does nothing more.
