How to create your Solavel account, verify your email, land on your Workspace, and start your first app.
Step 1 — Register
- Open the Solavel website and click Get Started.
- Fill in your name, email, and a password.
- Submit the form. A confirmation email is sent to the address you used.
Step 2 — Confirm your email
- Open your inbox and look for the Solavel verification message.
- Click the verification button in the email.
If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then sign in and use the resend option.
Step 3 — Sign in
One Solavel account signs into every app: "Sign in once with your Solavel account. We will take you to the right workspace." Enter your email and password on the login page.
Step 4 — Your Workspace home
After signing in you land on the Workspace — "Your Solavel command center". You'll see a greeting and "Choose an app to continue.", with a tile for each app:
- SolaBooks — accounting, invoicing, VAT & financial reporting
- SolaProjects — project planning, tasks, time tracking & profitability
- SolaHR — people, payroll, attendance & employee lifecycle
- SolaFone — mobile-store POS: sales, repairs, inventory & registers
- SolaStock — inventory, warehouses, items & stock movements
- SolaStore — coming soon
Each tile shows its state: Active (ready to open), Not enabled (not started yet), Needs renewal (a paid plan lapsed), or Coming soon. The tile's sub-line shows the plan name, "Free", or "Free · paid plan expired".
Step 5 — Start an app
Starting an app for the first time takes you through its onboarding wizard:
- Choose a plan for the app.
- Pick or create the organization it belongs to.
- Verify your choices and confirm.
Your organization is the unit your books, projects, and team access belong to. You can create more organizations later.
Step 6 — Plans: free vs paid
- Free plans apply immediately — choose the plan and click Switch Plan. You can start using the app right away.
- Paid plans currently go through an activation request reviewed by
the Solavel team, not an online card payment. When you choose a paid plan:
- Your request is submitted. Paid tiers show a disabled Checkout pending button while it is open.
- The request appears on Billing → Overview with a reference: "Request {REF} was submitted… Our team will review and activate it shortly." You can Withdraw it while it is pending.
- It moves through the statuses Pending → Under Review → Approved → Processing → Completed. Once Completed, the plan is active. A request can also show Failed (it will be retried), Rejected, or Cancelled.
If a paid subscription later lapses, the app drops to the Free tier, its tile shows Needs renewal, and a "Renew subscription" page lets you request reactivation.
Step 7 — Open the app
Click the app's tile (state Active). You are signed straight in. The first time you open SolaBooks, its setup wizard walks you through fiscal year, base currency, and chart of accounts — see Set up bookkeeping.
