What this covers

How to register a Solavel account, confirm your email, create your first organization, choose a plan, and launch Solabooks.


Step 1 — Register

  1. Open https://solavel.com/.
  2. Click Get Started (top right) or open the Plans page and click Subscribe on any plan.
  3. Fill in your name, email, and a password. The password must meet the validation rules shown next to the field.
  4. Click Register.

A confirmation email is sent to the address you used.


Step 2 — Confirm your email

  1. Open your inbox and look for a message from Solavel titled "Verify your email address".
  2. Click Verify Email Address in the email.
  3. You are taken back to Solavel and shown a green "Email verified" banner.

If the email has not arrived after a few minutes:

  • Check the spam / junk folder.
  • Sign in to Solavel and click Resend verification email.

Step 3 — Sign in for the first time

  1. Open https://solavel.com/login.
  2. Enter your email and password and click Sign In.
  3. You land on the workspace onboarding page if your account is new, or on the Workspace dashboard if you already have one.

Step 4 — Create your first organization

  1. From the workspace home, click Create Organization.
  2. Fill in:
    • Organization name — your company name.
    • Country and Base currency — used by Solabooks.
    • Tax registration (optional) — VAT number if applicable.
  3. Click Create.

Behind the scenes Solavel creates the organization in your tenant database, makes you the Owner, and prepares the spaces for any projects you subscribe to.


Step 5 — Choose a plan

If you registered without a plan, you'll be prompted to pick one.

  1. Click Plans in the top navigation, or Choose a plan from the dashboard.
  2. Pick a tier:
    • Free — 2 users, single organization.
    • Professional — 5 users.
    • Premium — 8 users + premium features (Sales Orders, Mileage, Budgets, Fixed Assets, Projects, Recurring).
    • Enterprise — unlimited users + Workflow Rules + API Access + advanced features.
  3. Click Subscribe on your chosen tier. You are redirected to the payment screen.
  4. Complete payment. On success the subscription is active immediately.

Step 6 — Launch Solabooks

  1. From the Solavel dashboard, click Launch Solabooks (or the Solabooks card on the project list).
  2. You are signed into Solabooks via Single Sign-On (SSO). The destination URL is https://solavel.com/finance/.
  3. The first time you launch, the Setup Wizard opens. Follow it to set your fiscal year, base currency, and chart of accounts. See start-finance-bookkeeping.

If the launch button is greyed out:

  • Your subscription may not have activated yet. Wait 30 seconds and refresh.
  • Your email may not be verified. Re-check Step 2.
  • The provisioning step may still be running — the page polls /finance/provisioning/status. Most provisioning completes in under a minute.

Where things live after onboarding

Open Solabooks Launch Solabooks button (top nav)
Reset your password Profile > Change Password
