The Activity tab is the project's history: a read-only, day-by-day feed of what happened in the project — tasks created, moved and completed, comments, documents, time entries, milestones and sprints, status changes, team changes, and system events such as changes synced from SolaCount. Every event shows who did it and when.
Use it to answer "who changed this, and when?", to catch up after time away, or to review a day's work. Anyone who can open the project can read it; nobody can edit or delete entries.

Who sees it: everyone who can open the project (owner, Projects Administrator, project Manager, Member, Viewer), on every plan. The Dashboard's Recent activity card shows the latest 8 events across all your projects; this tab shows one project in full.

Category counts reflect your search, person and dates, and are calculated over the latest 1,000 matching events.
Day cards
Below the header, one card per day — titled Today, Yesterday or a date such as Fri, Oct 2 — with N events on the right. Each row shows:

Only safe fields are shown (event, description, person, time). Technical audit details are never displayed.
Tasks
See what happened today
- Open the project → Activity. The Today card is first.
- Scan titles and descriptions; the time is on the right.
Find who changed a task
- Type the task title or key in Search activity (for example
ALN-FIT-14). - Click Tasks.
- Read the rows — the footer names the person.
Review one person's work for a week
- Choose the person in Person.
- Set From and To.
- Click categories (for example Time) to narrow.
- Click Clear when done.
Statuses
Activity entries have no status: they are permanent, read-only records. Deleting a task or document does not remove its history.

The Person list contains only project members; filtering on anyone else returns nothing.
Worked examples
Example 1 — what happened yesterday
Omar Haddad returns from a site visit and opens Al Noor Showroom Fit-out → Activity. Yesterday shows 7 events: Sara Khan — Task status changed (ALN-FIT-14 to Review, 10:05), Comment created (11:20), Time entry created (3h 30m, 16:40); Omar sees he needs to review ALN-FIT-14.
Example 2 — tracing a missing task
A client says task Order signage disappeared.
- Omar searches signage → 4 events.
- Tasks shows Task moved project on Mon, Sep 28 by Sara Khan: "Moved to Al Noor Warehouse Signage".
- He opens that project, confirms the task is there, and comments to keep the client informed.
- Category counts before searching were All 412 · Tasks 268 · Comments 61 · Docs 19 · Time 38 · Planning 12 · Status 4 · Members 6 · System 4.

Tips and common problems
